ACEEU fosters the Third Mission in Higher Education one Accreditation at a time

ACEEU Accreditation in 2022: a Year to Remember

Getting accredited with ACEEU is not only an achievement for your higher education institution, but it is a journey aiming at its development. In 2022, three European universities received ACEEU Accreditation after a thorough process, two universities became ACEEU Members and we reached a total of 58 eligibility applications. In 2022 ACEEU also celebrated excellence in Higher Education with the European Edition of the Triple E Awards, in which 60 entries were shortlisted!

2022 has been a year full of achievements that we look forward to sharing with you! In the December Issue of our Spotlight, Professor Mario Molteni from Universita` Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Italy) and CEO of E4Impact Foundation, explains with tangible examples how providing entrepreneurial education and building international partnerships among universities for the implementation of Third Mission activities is a powerful tool and a successful approach to support the development of the African continent. 2023 TRIPLE E AWARDS AND STAKEHOLDERS FORUM

Celebrate Excellence in Higher Education  

Have you already applied for the 2023 Triple E Awards edition?

The Triple E Awards are going global with +400 participants from Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific region. The Awards Ceremony is part of ACEEU Stakeholder Forum, which in 2023 will be enclosed in the event titled "Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities for Sustainable Development: Linking Education, Research and Innovation to achieve the SDGs and ESGs" which we are organizing in partnership with the Triple Helix Association. The event will be held in Barcelona, Spain on 26-29 of June. Click here to have more information on how to submit your entry by January 23^rd 2023 and make sure to share this with those who deserve this unique recognition!

Together with accrediting universities, the projects are at the heart of what we do at ACEEU, with the aim to accelerate and spearhead the Third Mission of Higher Education Institutions. As 2022 flickers to its end, ACEEU EU Project Unit has exactly 10 reasons to count its blessings. A look into past events and a jump into the future ones! 

2022: a Year Full of Events!

In 2022, ACEEU project officers travelled to 16 different countries in the European Union to attend project meetings, events and training activities related to our Erasmus + and Horizon-funded projects. At our offices in Münster, Germany, we held 7 events and organised more than 10 online events!

Each meeting was an occasion to connect and bond with project partners and events participants, to share the progress of our projects, to learn, discuss and work together to achieve greater impact based on common European values.
