Welcome to Telkom University to the ACEEU Community!
Telkom University is proudly the first Indonesian university to join ACEEU! Based in Bandung, it was established in 2013 through a merger of 4 institutions to become a national excellence entrepreneurial university by 2028, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals.
Celebrating International Women's Month, Telkom collaborates with Huawei and BSSN for the "Women in Tech" event, fostering gender equality in technology. Gender representation shows progress: vice-chancellors and deans achieve parity, while student enrolment reflects balance. In March, ACEEU reflects on its contributions to SDG 5: gender equality and women's empowerment. Through projects like RestART Europe, WeRin, and NutriWellB, we address barriers in women's entrepreneurship and in higer education. RestART Europe provides mentorship and training for female entrepreneurs hit hard by the pandemic, while WeRin reshapes entrepreneurial ecosystems for inclusivity. NutriWellB empowers young women through digital literacy and critical thinking.
In collaboration with partners, ACEEU leads initiatives for real change for women. Join us in our journey towards genuine gender equality and women's empowerment.
Celebrating International Women's Day, we spotlight Aventia Wilona-Jülich, a role model of empowerment within ACEEU. Starting as a Junior Project Officer, she is now the Operations Strategy and Excellence Manager. Aventia streamlines operations, identifies growth opportunities, and drives continuous improvement for the whole team. She spearheads the ACEEU Triple E Awards and the ACEEU Forum's implementation.
Managing EU-funded projects, Aventia champions women's empowerment. Notable initiatives include RestArt Europe and WeRin, promoting female entrepreneurship and higher education engagement, and NutriwellB, prioritising mentoring and well-being for young women. With an educational background, she is committed to fostering learning and development. Her 3-year journey at ACEEU has fortified her dedication to making a meaningful impact on education every single day.
