ACEEU attended the last workshop of USIA in Rome from October 10-14 2022. Partners who are responsible for each Work-package in the project presented the development, process and the achievement accordingly. It was a great event for partners to exchange their opinions and share ideas with each other.
On the fourth day of the training workshop, ACEEU together with CCIS presented the methodology and achievement of the Work-package 7: Quality assurance. ACEEU has been supporting CCIS to assure the quality of the project during workshops, meetings, events and other activities. ACEEU presented how the quality assurance Report were written and how the quality of the project was monitored. In the presentation, the two reports for the two workshops USIA did in Belgrade in 2021 and 2022 were analyzed by the junior project officer of ACEEU, Yu Qin. She analyzed the data and feedbacks ACEEU and CCIS collected from the questionnaire distributed after each workshop. ACEEU compared the reports and concluded that the second workshop in Belgrade had a great improvement in terms of the quality of information and participants' engagement. The presentation gave all the participants an overview of the quality assurance and the results from reports.
Overall, the last workshop in Rome was a great success! Before the project ends in several months, ACEEU will keep cooperating with CCIS to do the final quality assurance report for the Rome workshop this time.
