Representatives from Romania, Germany, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Italy, Spain and Austria convened to kick off the newest initiative led by the University House of Craiova, in Romania, as part of the Academic Network for Green and Innovative Europe (ANGIE) project.
On the first day, November 15, 2023, the introduction on the rationale of ANGIE was presented as well as the introduction of partners. The main discussion item for the first day was , Work Package 2 (WP2) specifically setting-up the Graduate study program -“Transition to Green for Sustainable Society” and outlining outlining how the master program will be implemented in various national contexts.
On the second day, November 16, 2023, ACEEU presented the Dissemination action plan (DAP) designed for the ANGIE project as leader of Work package 3 (Piloting and Dissemination). Detailed financial aspects from the budget were deliberated upon.
Overall, the meeting proved to be not only productive but also transformative, forging strong connections among colleagues and providing clarity on assigned tasks.
With the project officially underway, the upcoming months will be dedicated to the creation of a pioneering master's study program focused on transition to green especially in the WATERIC sectors!
