Operating under the slogan "Digital and Sustainable Marketing Skills for European Students and Workforce," the Digistainability project aims to address the demand for marketing professionals equipped with the digital and sustainability skills essential for success in the dynamic job market. By bringing together associations and higher education institutions, the project endeavours to identify the requisite skills for marketing professionals in the forthcoming years, considering diverse perspectives from labour markets across Europe.
The Kick-Off meeting took place on December 4-5, 2023, in San Sebastian, Spain, and involved partners from Italy, Portugal, Germany, Spain, and Bulgaria. On the first day, the project overview was presented, elucidating the objectives and anticipated outcomes for each Work Package, alongside the planned activities and budget allocation. Additionally, the Project Management platform and the Management Plan, outlining the division of tasks among working groups, the Steering Group, and the Development Group, were introduced. The project calendar was analysed, resulting in the decision to hold four Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) throughout the project. On the second day, a Needs and Gaps Analysis was conducted to define stakeholders and target groups. The Communication Plan and Monitoring tool were also presented.
