On December 7th and 8th, 2023, FH Münster, the lead partner of the WeRin project, hosted the final coordination meeting of the project in Münster, Germany. This significant gathering brought together representatives from partner universities, regional collaborators, and global institutions from five countries to discuss the final steps for concluding this project.
During this meeting, ACEEU, the quality assurance partner, led an essential session on the quality assurance process. This session was integral to developing the final QA report, as ACEEU outlined the forthcoming steps for reporting by the partners. Additionally, they introduced a preliminary version of the WeRin Criteria for Inclusive Entrepreneurship programs.
Other aspects discussed in the agenda were evaluating the project's outcomes and reviewing the final evaluation report. Partners reflected on the journey from the initial Pilot Testing to Local CBSs and the Final Events. They reviewed the remaining tasks, engaged in insightful discussions about how to solicit feedback from key international stakeholders on the project's outcomes, and strategized ways to maintain the vitality of WeRin after its official conclusion.
The event was a mixture of hard work and celebratory moments, with partners taking time to enjoy the festive atmosphere at the Christmas Market.
