ACEEU has used its expertise in project development and quality assurance to design and implement the pilot testing and guidelines for the partner HEI Orientation Days. These sessions were essential in gathering feedback from educators, businesses and AI experts on our first major project outcome—the Responsible AI Case Studies & Introductory Toolkit.
This Toolkit was developed to help business and management educators introduce applied and ethical AI into their teaching. It includes a State of the Art Review, a collection of real-world case studies, a toolbox of recommended digital tools, and structured guidelines for organizing AI Orientation Days. To ensure it meets the needs of educators, ACEEU led the development of a structured pilot testing process, where participants explored the Toolkit’s content, usability, and practical applications.
During the Orientation Days, business and management lecturers engaged with the Toolkit, shared their thoughts in group discussions, and provided structured feedback through surveys. They evaluated how clear and practical the materials were, whether the content was relevant, and how they might integrate these resources into their courses. The insights gathered from these sessions will guide the refinement of the Toolkit, making it a more effective and user-friendly resource.
As we move forward, we’re excited to keep improving this resource to support educators in preparing future business leaders to use AI responsibly. Meanwhile you can explore the toolkit here!
