As part of the dissemination efforts and the implementation stage of the MOOW CODE platform, the team brought together students, educators, and experts through two MOOW Talks and Digital Bootcamps, focusing on mental health in universities and sustainability in digital education. These events combined expert discussions with hands-on teamwork, where participants developed real solutions to key challenges in higher education.
The first MOOW Talk, which happened in April 2023, focused on mental health in academic settings. Alongside it, students participated in an intensive five-day MOOW Digital Bootcamp, working in teams to design digital tools aimed at improving student well-being and psychological support.
The second MOOW Talk took place in February 2024 at the University of Naples Federico II, tackling sustainability in digital education. During this boot camp, students explored responsible digital practices, analysed the psychological impact of online learning, and developed strategies to make education more inclusive and environmentally sustainable.
In March 2024, the MOOW CODE Impact Day at the University of Economics in Katowice officially launched boot camp recruitment and introduced the project’s goals to a wider audience. Experts shared insights on sustainability in business and digital education, sparking conversations and inspiring new ideas. With more than 30 student teams involved across multiple bootcamps, MOOW CODE has successfully combined entrepreneurship, collaboration, and problem-solving in a digital learning environment.
