The Digital Balance project is progressing and partners are happy to share that the second issue of the newsletter has been released.
The project, which aims to improve educators’ digital competences, while also boosting the capacity of VET institutions to manage the digital transition, offers a new approach to train VET teachers, leaders and managers in digital well-being.
The highlight of the newsletter is the completion of the Digital Balance Analysis Report. The report has been created to update VET managers (many of whom are active teachers) and heads of departments’ knowledge on how to achieve a digital balance in the VET workplace and why it must be acted upon. Soon, the analysis report will be shared with the project’s target groups as well as with several other stakeholders, especially policymakers in adult education.
In addition, March’s newsletter is enriched with engaging content including a piece about the importance of mental wellbeing for leaders and managers, the rise of technostress and much more.
