The journey of GRIT commenced with its Kick-off meeting (KOM) on April 20th and 21st, 2023, held in Italy and hosted by the University of Camerino. Partners from Italy, Romania, Germany, Lithuania, Spain, Greece, and Slovenia converged to embark on this transformative journey.
The inaugural day of the KOM witnessed insightful workshops and discussions. "Moving GRIT: collective practices and movement activities" explored the essence of GRIT and its implications for the future. Participants envisioned a future characterized by technological prowess, complexity, and skill enhancement. The session delved into the "Jobs 2030-Agenda 2030," offering a panoramic view of the evolving landscape of work and sustainability challenges. Additionally, the "Stories of GRIT" roundtable showcased professionals and researchers' perspectives in contributing to Agenda 2030, emphasizing passion, ethical leadership, and the pivotal role of educators. The second day of the KOM saw rigorous deliberations on GRIT's work packages, accomplishments, and forthcoming endeavours.. Operational aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance led by ACEEU, were coordinated.
