ACEEU is excited to announce the launch of the ESG4SMEs project's new website!
This website will serve as a resource for updates on project milestones and will be available in the languages of the partner countries. But what exactly is the ESG4SMEs project? It centres around developing the ESG Manager job profile for rural SMEs, which will be based on a needs analysis and key competencies framework, leading to the creation of a specialized curriculum.
This project has outstanding partners, including A.B. Institute of Entrepreneurship Development LTD, Confartigianato Imprese Salerno, MIITR, and ACEEU. It is designed to enhance professional development, contribute to skill-building for VET learners, and establish a recognized certification process for the ESG Manager (ESGM) profile at an EU level.
Activities will include Multiplier Events and Transnational Project Meetings across partner countries, ensuring the project's Work Packages are successfully implemented. Key outcomes will involve developing the ESG Manager profile and curriculum, designing a VET training course, creating simulation games to enhance competencies, and producing a Policy Handbook to promote ESG practices and advocate for the ESGM profile at the EU level.
