We’re thrilled to share with yo of our new ESG Management Framework, designed specifically for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Agri-food sector. This framework is the result of extensive research and collaboration, aimed at equipping SMEs with the tools needed to implement effective ESG practices.
After gathering relevant insights in the "ESG4SMEs Summary Needs Analysis Report," which highlights the specific ESG challenges and needs of rural SMEs, a thematic analysis was conducted. This analysis was then compared with the competencies detailed in GreenComp and EntreComp, along with the consortium's expertise. The process resulted in a diagram that highlights the key elements and variables for identifying or creating an ESG manager within SMEs in the Agri-food sector.
