The I-Restart project kicked-off with a meeting at the University of Turin on September 1-2, 2022. This gathering brought together all 27 project partners, including COPA-COGECA, and featured representation from the European Commission. The meeting's agenda focused on establishing the governance structure for the Pact for Skills and the project objectives, ensuring that all partners had a clear and shared understanding of the expectations.
A key goal of the I-Restart project is to identify the skills currently in demand and those that will be needed in the future. Based on these insights, the project will design tailored training programs, curricula, and learning-work pathways. These training initiatives will be piloted, refined based on feedback, and then made available to organizations across the sector.
