The third SKILLS4Water Training Week just ended, leaving participants happy and excited to further continue with the improvement of their leadership skills! This time, the training week was hosted by ACEEU, at its headquarter office in the historic city of Münster, Germany. The session focused on leadership, team dynamics, and personal growth, with standout workshops on Leadership Basics and Cooperation and Co-Creation, led by the training expert Naomi Timmer, Director of the H2O People organization. Participants emphasized key takeaways like the importance of delegation and the balance between leadership and management. At the training, ACEEU successfully conducted a Synergy Workshop that reinforced cooperation among partners and outlined clear paths and opportunities for future collaboration.
The training week was not only a successful event but also a valuable opportunity for project partners to connect, collaborate, and enhance both their personal and professional skills. The dedication and collaboration of everyone involved continue to drive the Skills4Water project forward. Through collaborative training sessions, both consortium partners and participants actively develop their own soft skills, embodying the core mission of the Skills4Water project. We look forward to sharing more updates soon!
