From February 11–12, 2025, SDG-iLevel project partners gathered at Kaunas University of Technology for the last Transnational Project Meeting. Over two intensive and collaborative days, the team reviewed the progress of all project results, aligned on quality assurance measures, and set clear next steps for the final phase of the project.
Key achievements included finalising work on all six project results: the SDG-iLevel Maps, Online Visibility Booster, Self-Nudging Online Toolkit, Staff Workshop & MOOC, Policy and Implementation Guidelines, and Departmental Roadmaps. Management, finance, and communication topics were also addressed in detail. It was agreed that biweekly online meetings will be held to support partners in reaching these milestones until the final project report is due by April 27.
Looking ahead, the consortium committed to extending the impact of the project through academic publications. Three scientific articles are planned: one focused on SDG maps (led by the University of Girona), another on interviews (led by Kaunas University of Technology), and a third on focus groups (led by the University of Rijeka).
The meeting also included tours of KTU’s innovative EDULab and MLab facilities, offering inspiration for future educational initiatives. A big thank you to our hosts at KTU for their warm welcome and excellent organisation. The energy, collaboration, and shared purpose across all partners reaffirmed our commitment to advancing sustainability in higher education.
