At the end of February, the Circular Loops project held its first Multiplier Event online, where ACEEU introduced the results of the project’s first year. The project aims to foster the circular economy approach in social enterprises by promoting the concept of the circular social economy for a reliable future.
During the event, ACEEU outlined the Circular Loops IO1 Methodology, including the five steps approach framework for enterprises to pursue a circular economy and the following steps in the project. In addition, ACEEU took the opportunity to perform two activities among the participants to engage in further discussion on the topic. The project has reached IO2, and the consortium is currently working on a systematic and integrative learning programme, which comprises the implementation of the methodology created (IO1). It is an online learning platform for distance learning and interaction. This tool will help managers of social enterprises and mentors to develop and monitor the process by expanding their knowledge.
