ACEEU carried out the first mentoring session on 16th February 2023 for its Mentees who completed the 2-DAY training and required course modules in the Circular Loops platform.
During the first training, Mentees were given an introduction to the Mentoring processes and given insights into the development of the Mentoring process for the next eight sessions. Mentees were then engaged in their first activity where they were given the opportunity to tell Mentors their expectations , fears and needs for the Mentoring process and for the journey of 'going circular'. After establishing all expectations and limitations of Mentees, the group engaged in their second activity where they shared their motivations and inspirations behind their goal of 'going circular' by sharing their stories and identifying key aspects that have marked their circularity journey. The first session lasted 90mins as required by the Circular Loops Project.
