After a fruitful two-day meeting in Granada, Spain, the fourth TPM of the Circular Loops project came to an end. ACEEU joined the discussion online and learned about the guidelines for the Pilot Mentoring that will be held in October alongside the training program.
The meeting delivered the ongoing Intellectual Output 2 Training Materials, led by AESD. In addition, the consortium discussed the progress of the Multimedia Materials and the procedures for the translation completion. Before the partners headed to lunch, Aproximar partner began with the guidelines on the Mentoring Program (IO3), which was continued after lunch, giving us a descriptive structure with the required information for the Pilot Mentoring. Next, the host, Neotalentway, explained the implementation of the pilot events, and the whole consortium discussed the questionnaires as a final evaluation of our participants after each Mentoring session.
On the next day, EASI introduced the updated version of the platform that each partner will employ for the training program. EASI invited each partner to sign up to access the English documentation and their respective language course. The partner explained to the consortium the platform's different tools to comprehend better. Moreover, the partner reminded the consortium about the upcoming Dissemination activities. ACEEU will be responsible for disseminating project updates for the month of July. Last but not least, Project Coordinator ARGE discussed the project management and upcoming steps for the project. ARGE displayed the outcomes of the first year's results and the reports delivered to the National Agency (Austria).
As a result, the TPM concluded with more straightforward concepts and strategies to move the project forward, including adding significant value to the partnerships. In addition, the Circular Loops partners had the opportunity to get to know their new colleagues satisfactorily and explore the warm city of Granada.
