The iPEER project is moving forward!
On April 19th, the consortium joined an online meeting to decide the next steps for implementing the first deliverable of IO1: a report on the state of art of peer assisted leaning methods in Europe.
The iPEER project aims to promote and disseminate innovative teaching methods for VET learners. Indeed, the lack of appropriate pedagogical methods for teaching complex knowledge and skills heavily affects VET students, even more after the outbreak of Covid-19.
With the support of the whole consortium 4.0 Foundation is developing the guidelines that will be used by the partners for the empirical research. Among the activities of this IO, the consortium will interview a large sample of stakeholders (teachers, trainers and tutors) in order to have a complete picture of the state of art on peer assisted teaching methodologies in Europe.
Interviewing the teachers, trainers and tutors who are struggling with traditional teaching methods will be tremendously important for the consortium to fully understand their needs and take action to resolve them.
While waiting to meet in person again, in the next months the consortium will have recurrent operational meetings to implement several feedback rounds about the IO1 results.
Many updates are coming soon... stay tuned!
