ACEEU is thrilled to announce the start of a brand-new project - iPeer.
Together with 7 partners from all over Europe, ACEEU discussed project plans and goals during the pre-kick off meeting. The partners talked about various steps that would have to be taken in order to reinvent the STEM VET via Peer assisted learning and Innovative pedagogy. They agreed on a few upcoming tasks - conducting a brain-storming creative meeting and looking for schools that would be willing to participate in testing the iPeer methodology. Long-term partner contributions are set to be discussed during the next meetings.
The project will be led by Foundation 4.0 (Bulgaria), and, together with ACEEU, will be implemented by Aventura Marao Clube (Portugal), BICERO (Slovenia), Narxoz University (Kazakhstan), Professional School of Mechanical and Electric Engineering from the city of Pirdop (Bulgaria), Sistema Practices (Spain) and VSI Inovaciju Biuras (Lithuania).
ACEEU is looking forward to working closely with all the partners and embracing its roles of quality assurance and impact evaluation leader and co-developer of intellectual outputs. Specifically, it will lead the IO4 work of "elaborating an EQAVET related competence model and automated evaluation system, with appropriate lessons, planners and grade book"; be involved in the implementation of IO1 and IO3 ("Elaborating a new EQAVET related pedagogical methodology for cooperative learning and cross-age peer tutoring" and "creating a repository with peer assisted and state of the art digital pedagogical tools, as well as tools for tutoring and empathic learning", respectively); and organize one multiplier event and one transnational project meeting.
Stay tuned for exciting iPeer project updates on the ACEEU website in the upcoming weeks and months.
