On October 16th and 17th, the DICE project consortium gathered for its Third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM 3), hosted by the University of Alcalá (UAH) in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. This hybrid meeting brought together onsite and online project members to discuss progress and plan upcoming activities.
The first day focused on key outputs, including:
- A comprehensive review of the Manual for Designing Digital Community Engagement Courses and the Digital Accelerator platform.
- Discussion of lessons learned from platform testing and identification of areas for improvement.
- A detailed presentation on piloting preparation, including timelines, activities, and evaluation strategies for upcoming phases.
On the second day, partners shifted their attention to:
- The finalization and launch plans for the DICE Handbook and the Digital Accelerator, with discussions on ensuring a smooth rollout.
- Updates on project management, dissemination activities, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Quality assurance processes, including evaluating previous outputs and plans for the next steps.
The meeting provided a productive space for collaboration and allowed partners to align on tasks, timelines, and roles. Participants expressed satisfaction with the meeting's organization and outcomes, noting that it provided clarity on upcoming steps and strengthened the consortium's collaborative spirit. The hybrid format enabled onsite and online attendees to contribute actively.
TPM 3 marks another milestone in the DICE project, ensuring continued progress among all partners as the project moves into its next phases.
