The RestART Europe consortium recently convened for its third in-person meeting in the vibrant city of Naples, Italy, on November 9th and 10th. This gathering provided an exciting opportunity for project partners to delve into the various developments within the project, all of which are converging seamlessly at this crucial stage.
A significant highlight of the progress is the completion of the RestART Mentor's Toolkit. During this phase, project partners, in collaboration with a diverse multi-stakeholder group comprising representatives from the arts, female entrepreneurship, and local and public sectors, defined guidelines and parameters for the toolkit. The outcome is a robust set of over 100 tools meticulously crafted to train mentors dedicated to supporting second-chance female entrepreneurs in the arts and creative industries. These valuable resources are now accessible on both the dedicated platform and the project website.
As the platform enters its final development stages, it transforms into a vibrant hub facilitating meaningful connections between mentors and mentees. Key features include profile showcases for mentors and restarting female entrepreneurs in the Arts and Creative sector, a matching function to pair mentors with mentees based on their unique needs, communication channels for effective interactions, digital opportunities such as video chat functionality, a comprehensive Mentor Toolkit, a dedicated Training Section for mentor development, and an Online Forum fostering exchange among mentors and second-chance female entrepreneurs.
The consortium engaged in productive discussions, complemented by the delightful local cuisine of Naples. Together, all partners crafted a comprehensive roadmap for the final stages of the project. Additionally, partners brainstormed innovative ideas to elevate the visibility of the platform and ensure it becomes a secure and supportive space for interactions between mentors and the inspiring community of restarting women and non-binary entrepreneurs.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates as RestART Europe continues to empower, connect, and inspire!
