The RestART Europe project is progressing well with Project Result 4 (PR4), as it is advancing the development of its online capacity-building program and launching the Handbook for the RestART Mentors Toolkit.
The Handbook, which was launched a few weeks ago, is now available to guide mentors in effectively utilizing the PR3 RestART Mentor’s Toolkit. It addresses a crucial need for mentors, providing the necessary onboarding and upskilling required before using the Toolkit to support women entrepreneurs. It provides mentors with a structured approach to offering essential knowledge and strategies tailored to helping their mentees succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
In addition to the Handbook, the Online Capacity Building Program is underway, targeting a broad audience, including potential mentors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who wish to enhance their mentoring skills. The program embraces a collaborative learning approach, allowing mentors to engage with the material and each other through online platforms and interactive discussions.
The program will have two online courses: the first one titled “Understanding and Building Relationship between Mentors and Mentees” while the second one will be “Building Necessary the Skills to Restart a Business in the Art and Creative Industries”. From reading materials and concise presentations to case studies, audio-visual aids, and exercises, the courses are thoughtfully constructed to ensure comprehensive learning.
Currently, the RestART partners are working to produce the online courses and launch them to the public soon. Meanwhile, mentors can begin their journey with the Handbook and the Toolkit.
