In October, the NutriWellB partners gathered for the final Transnational Project Meeting at the University of Alcalá in Spain. This two-day meeting was a great chance for the team to reflect on everything that has been achieved so far and to finalize plans for the last steps of the project. Held in a hybrid format, it allowed in-person and online participation, making it easier for everyone to join and contribute.
The first day focused on Work Packages 4 and 5. Partners shared updates on how the training courses have been going, including how many students have taken part and ideas for getting more people involved. There was also a detailed discussion about the Guidelines for Implementing Good Practices in Higher Education. The group worked together to polish the guidelines and make sure they would be useful for universities. In addition, the team reviewed the awareness campaign and made plans for the final Multiplier Events to ensure everything ran smoothly. The second day was all about wrapping up the project. The partners discussed what tasks and reports are still needed to complete everything and reviewed the documents required for the final submission to the National Agency. This helped everyone get on the same page about the last steps and make sure nothing is left out.
The meeting wasn’t just about work—it was also a chance for the partners to spend time together outside of the meetings, like during lunch and the networking dinner. These moments helped strengthen the team’s bond and build trust, which will be useful not only for the final stages of NutriWellB but also for future collaborations.
