Mentoring Second-chance Female Entrepreneurs to Restart the European Arts and Creative Sector
The project "Mentoring Second-chance Female Entrepreneurs to Restart the European Arts and Creative Sector" (RestART Europe) aims to bring together second-chance female entrepreneurs in arts and creative industries and potential mentors in a dynamic community to improve the quality of mentoring and generate a positive impact for both female entrepreneurs seeking a second chance, after a failure, and the arts and creative industries that have been affected by the pandemic.
ACEEU's Role: Quality assurance and impact evaluation leader; co-developer of intellectual outputs
ACEEU will prepare the Quality Management and Evaluation Strategy, track partner progress, and draft the interim and final evaluation reports. ACEEU will also take responsibility for drafting the Impact Vision Strategy of the project.
Furthermore, ACEEU will support the creation of the Project Results and will be the main driving force behind Project Result 2 development. In this way, ACEEU will develop an online and interactive platform where most of the interaction between mentors and second-chance female entrepreneurs will occur. Additionally, ACEEU will produce a document detailing the relationship between mentors and second-chance female entrepreneurs in the arts and creative industries, the interaction, and the main success factors.
