After 36 months of collaboration, research and co-creation, the BE-21-SKILLED project comes to an end, leaving a great contribution to the advancement of 21st Century Skills (21CS) in STEM education, thanks to all the resources created. However, before saying goodbye, the partners met for one last time for the final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM), held at the University of Belgrade on November 28–29, 2024. The meeting was hybrid and helped them discuss the last details of the project’s outcomes, impact, and sustainability beyond its official duration. The agenda topics were fully addressed, enriched by an engaging roundtable discussion on emerging trends in the development of 21st-century skills.
On the other hand, to conclude the project in the best way, the consortium released the BE-21-SKILLED Playbook, which is a comprehensive and practical resource designed to empower STEM educators with strategies to embed 21CS into their teaching. The Playbook provides innovative methods, practical tools, and student-centred approaches that foster critical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration, supporting STEM students, particularly female students—in developing future-ready competencies. With its transferable and adaptable design, the Playbook ensures that educators and students across disciplines can implement its insights into their learning environments.

Although the project has officially ended, its resources, methodologies, and tools will continue to support STEM educators and students, fostering 21st-century competencies. We extend our sincere gratitude to all project partners, educators, and stakeholders who contributed to this journey. Together, we have built a strong foundation for skills development, one that will continue to shape the next generation of learners and professionals.
