On July 14th, 2021, ACEEU and the rest of the DECODE project partners held an online transnational project meeting. This meeting served as a planning meeting for the upcoming Transnational Project Meeting 2 in October. It was attended by 10 core team members of the DECODE sustainability project.
The purpose of the meeting was to reflect on the insights gained throughout the journey of IO1 and think about how we can use those experiences to create strong foundations for the following packages. In addition, the consortium took the opportunity to discuss what to expect from the DECODE project after the summer and outline the overview of IO2.
DECODE partners also dedicated some time for informal interaction to get to know each other better to compensate for the missing informal social interaction resulting from the COVID 19 travel restrictions.
The 3-hour meeting went successfully and resulted in a fruitful discussion and a clear plan on how to bring the project forward. The consortium is scheduled to meet again for the actual Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) 2 in October. ACEEU, for one, is looking forward to having the TPM as the meeting will mainly discuss IO 2, the Intellectual Output led by ACEEU.
