The Mentor Your Future partners have just come back from an insightful and well-organized three-day Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Nicosia, Cyprus. Hosted by the University of Nicosia (UNIC), the meeting was held from Monday, May 23th to Wednesday, May 25th 2022.
Representatives from all partners, NHL Stenden, UNIC ,
AFEV , BBBS , and ACEEU joined the meeting on site and CMS tuned it to the meeting online.
The main objectives of the meetings were to finalize the plan for the development and improvement of the MYFuture’s main outputs namely the Training Methodology, Trainers’ Guide, Web Platform, and Impact Day Guideline. Additionally, the consortium took the opportunity to reflect and learn from the Training Week organized by UNIC in Nicosia earlier in May to better plan for the upcoming Training in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, organized by BBBS. The Training Week in Plovdiv is foreseen to take place in March 2023.
Adding the value of the TPM were the presentations of two of the guest speakers invited by UNIC, Junior Achievement (JA) Cyprus and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Cyprus . The consortium had the opportunity to expand its knowledge of other mentoring schemes implemented in the context of Cyprus.
Overall, it was another successful TPM! The consortium is looking forward to meeting again and finalizing the work of the project in the next TPM which will be hosted by ACEEU at the end of the year in Muenster.
