ACEEU has prepared a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan for the MYFuture project. The plan includes about 200 quality indicators for all project activities and outputs, each accompanied by a quality measurement tool and specific roles for the partners. The project will employ a range of quality assurance approaches, including external evaluations, peer reviews, participant feedback surveys, and structured monitoring of student learning progress. ACEEU will also support the consortium partners in setting up internal quality control mechanisms.
The Quality Assurance Plan was presented to the project consortium at the MYFuture Kick-Off meeting that took place on November 24-26. Many partners pointed out that the detailed elaboration of quality indicators at the inception phase of the project was helpful as it provided a more structured understanding of the various projects’ activities and deliverables. Following the kick-off meeting, ACEEU will have a series of individual consultations with each partner on quality assurance and will aim finalise the Quality Assurance Plan by the end of the year.
